I’m not just a whimsical figure who wears a charming suit and affects a jolly demeanor. I’m a symbol of the human ability to be able to suppress the selfish and hateful tendencies that rule the major part of our lives. If you can’t believe, if you can’t accept anything on faith, then you’re doomed for a life dominated by doubt.
— My favorite Santa quote from Miracle on 34th Street (1994)

Hi !

More than half of my life, I have been a photographer. I owned and managed a full-time portrait studio that specialized in children and family portraits for 18 years. It's crazy (more so to me than anyone else) that I have photographed more than 12, 000 portrait sessions mostly with young children.

Each holiday season I would create a unique and memorable Santa experience for the children of my studio. I was well-known for my sets and backgrounds because we always built something new and unique each year. I developed a style that I would define as slightly traditional, rustic with a splash of elegance.

Over the years, even my regular Santa and Mrs Claus would look forward to what I created because when you walked into the camera room - you could feel in your heart and imagination the spirit of Christmas.

In 2012, I decided to close my full-time studio to become a freelance photographer. My priorities changed when my daughter was born and working 60-80 hours a week was not the life I had envisioned as a mother. In doing so, now I am able to travel and share my love of Christmas to you. I am looking forward to seeing and meeting you at the Santa Reunion in Tennessee!
